.ali and .dll..... NEVERMIND!

I have a .ali and a .dll file on my web site. Unfortunately, I do not have my usb cable with me. Is there a way to install the app in the .ali/.dll 'over the air?'
Update: The app doesn't even work for the BB so nevermind (RimMArio)
