Just actived a guy but he called to complain no emails are coming in.
The phone guy said to call AT&T. Lucky the user called me first.
he could not send or recieve and emails but had everything since activation.
Did the wipe and reactivate and same issue was there.
Memory was not an issue and only had 430 contacts.
not much in calendar or sent.
So I asked him to goto the activation screen and tell me what it said.
Actived on March 19 2008, um what? its July 11th.
Had user change the time and messages are now coming through.
Why does it not get the right date during activation? It is a little odd.
