Default Blackberry OS Biggest flaw

Please Login to Remove!

The biggest flaw with the blackberry OS that I have come across since version 4 all the way up to the latest version is the pathetic call logs.

The fact that i have to pay money for an app in order to see my missed sorted by date is unbelievable for a mobile phone device in 2012.

Would it be that difficult to implement a sort by date option on the call log list?

Which of the OS developers thought it to be a good idea to sort the call logs in alphabetical order ?

Real world scenario you get a missed called from an unknown number and you go to bb os 5. It does not give you the option to dial the number firstly. You click ok and the number is gone. Then you open up call logs and you have to manually look through the list of numbers while staring at the date time column while trying to pin point when this miss call came through so that you can get the number.

There is also no way to access the call logs directly. I have to dial a number to bring up the phone call app. Then i have to backspace the number and then manually scroll down the list hoping to stumble upon the number of the missed call. If you are unlucky enough to get more than one missed call and you were expecting a call from someone specific from an unknown number you realy have no way what so ever of knowing which number is the specific one you wanted because there will just be a list of numbers and you have to pin point the date/time.

There is one app that i found that costs £5 that looks like it may have a sort by date option on the call logs.
