The mistery of the lost icon

I have just upgrade my blacberry appword, but once I restarted there was no icon for it. If I check in applications manager I can see Blackberry App World 3.1.0.58 installed, but there is no icon in any other place so I can not access to Blackberry App World.
Is there any way to find the "lost Icon"?, I have tried reinstalling the app but the same problem happens.
If you go to the Blackberry web page there is an older version of this app. This older version installs and works ok, but after a while a new menssage will appear in your phone indicating thet there is a new version of bb app world (the one that once installed has no icon at all)
can anybody help me out?
