need some help.. please!!!!
Please Login to Remove!
Well i inherited a BES at my new place of employment, and now it has stopped working. It only has 8 users on it but for the life of me i cannot determine why it will not send or recieve email anymore.
We had a power outage and ever since the server coming back online none of the users can send or recieve emails on their devices.
Any ideas?

Look at the services on the server.
Are all the BlackBerry (BES) services running? If not, which aren't?

Did that 3 times already. still no mail flow.
Anyway to test other then checking the device?

log on to BES server with BESAdmin account and tell me what services are running and how they are logged on as.

those are all the services that are running, the only service not running is blackberry database consistency service.
