Hiya,

O2 UK with BES tarrif (or so they say!)...

Just got a Curve 8520 to use with Exchange 2010. Installed BES Express on a dedicated server and all seemed to install OK. Can login to the web console and configure things.

I have created a user in the console and sent activation password, which comes in as does the email from BlackBerry with the EPT file attached.

However when doing Enterprise Activation on the phone itself it just sits there saying Activating... but never finishes.

Any ideas?

does BES pick up the etp.dat file?

BES picks up the ETP file and deletes it. This is the point from where BES MAGT log should guide you to the progress of EA.
