Missing Sync Password problem - Last attempt

Hi one and all,
I have just bought Missing Sync for my blackberry storm and have been installing it but my phone asked for a password, entered standard lock-mode passowrd but it did not work and now it has gotten to the ''Last Attempt'' before it wipes my phone.
It makes me type blackberry before it comes up with that screen which is fine but I do not know the password if it is not my lock-mode password - any ideas? anything? please!
Their help desk does not seem to like replying and I am close to just trying one last time and then rebuilding my phone but I really do not want to do that as I will lose lots of numbers etc.
