I'm surprised the news hasn't broken already. Apparently, Dialog Sri Lanka has officially released 4.5.0.37 for several model Blackberry phones. Check it out at https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads...5D5E7C5356E9FF I have not yet installed it so I know nothing about this release yet.
