We are running Outlook 2003, BES is 4.1.4.26. I have users that when putting a calendar item on BB it doesn't show up on their Outlook calendar. Majority of them have Blackberry Web Tool for DST 2007 Device Updates. My question is, isn't the DST patch in 4.3 and I can have them delete the patch?
The DST patch is not causing this issue. It's either a cdo.dll mismatch between BES and Exchange or a permissions issue. Search BlackBerry Technical Solution Center for "one way calendar". The first article is the one you want.
