Question Network Issues?

Please Login to Remove!

I am on T-Mobile in Central Illinois...I have an 8700g.

I cannot call out, receive a call, send or receive a text message...

I am assuming that an e-mail also is being hampered by this, although, I can get websites to come up.

Any idea if this is my phone? Network?

I have resent service books, although I did get the "Welcome" message, I have taken out the battery and put it back in, turned off the "radio" and back on. Still nothing. I can even check voicemail.

Thanks!

Pulling the battery, like you did, (with the device powered ON) is the best way normally to fix problems like this.

Honestly, I'd recommend doing it again in a while.

I just got an e-mail, so that works.

I just get "call failed"
