For some reason I don't get a preview for the Sprint or Verizon theme and can't activate either one... Hmm.

Like a few of you, I can't seem to get mine to work.
My application loader, shows "No additional applications for your device were found" even though I click the add button and browse to the new alx file.

Any thoughts?

I get an error message saying that there is not enough space even though I have 75% free on my 8800.

I get the same thing. I wonder if it has something to do with the version od desktop manager?

ok, so i upgraded my desktop software, and now the theme works.

So, for any of you having problems installing tha alx file provided above
( thanks for that by the way )

Just upgrade your desktop software to the latest version included in the box, and the new verison theme will work.

So does this work using Desktop Manager 4.2 SP2 available from the vendor as well as with the version available from the RIM site?

Desktop Manager is Desktop Manager. It doesn't matter where you get it from just make sure it's 4.2 SP2. In most cases, RIM's more likely to have the latest version than a given carrier.

John, this seems to be the easiest way of doing this, but unfortunately I do not see the box I acna check off to install the file... Cna you please help?

Just got this to work, quite different from the original default theme, but it looks amazing.

It requires you to hit the menu key to see all options, then it even shows a few more options/icons than I've seen before (maybe i missed them somewhere).

Pretty nice, are there others I can try, or will I need to try the java loader?

Has anyone figured out a way to make the AT&T theme act like the Verizon theme? meaning... so u only get 5 choices unless you hit "menu" then the rest pop up?

i love the at&t icons better than any others, but the verizon theme is so clean.

is there a way to mod the at&t theme and get the best of both words?
