I have link in my email, i want to open the java application from that link.
How to achieve this?

you need a webserver with the correct mime-types that has both the jad and cod-file available.
you send a mail with a link to the jad-file and just click it.

if i send a mail with a link to the jad-file and just click it then it will start to download the application not invoke the application which is already running in background.
