ARRGH! I use first class for my email at work, but my blackberry keeps unflagging my new messages on my work email after they arrive on my blackberry. Has anyone found a way to keep them marked as unread on my email desktop after they arrive on my blackberry? This is killing me!
From the looks of it, this requires separate software on the device in order to communicate with First Class. If that is the case, you'll need to consult your manual for the software or contact their technical support.
