Hey,

I recently got a bold on tmobile and have been trying to add my hotmail email account. when I go through the setup button and enter in the information I get "the application has encountered an error and cannot continue" I've been getting this for about 2 days and unsure how to get past it. I was able to add my school email with no problem which also goes through msn/hotmail. Is there a possible conflict between these two or am I doing something wrong? any help is appreciated.

U tried is on tomobile blackberry site or from ur fone?
If u used one of them try using the other

Go to tmobile.com

Log in with your phone number and password in the top right corner

When the page changes, look for MANAGE on the menu bar across the top.

Hover over MANAGE and when the menu pops out underneath choose internet email
