I got a blackberry 8310 from a friend and they left the sim card in however it is not currently activated and my account is with tmobile so i can't call at&t asking for the code. I attempted using one of the unlocking services but they said they couldn't get me the code. I know the steps to enter the code I just can't get the code? Any ideas?

I have used them to unlock 6 8310's, an 8200 and several other phones.

I had to do the exact same thing once with an AT&T curve, I am with T Mobile. All i did was ask AT&T for the code and sure enough they sent it to me a few days later. Then the unlocking process take like 2 minutes from there. Completely free

im with AT&T and had my Tmobile pearl 8120 unlocked in about 2 minutes, now it works great
