Yes, I have been through the FAQ's. My email is through Bellsouth (my work email). Whenever I try to use the wizard it tells me that there is already an "email for this account".

Can you setup the email on the AT&T BIS website?

Thanks for giving me the link but it tells me the same thing: "there is already an account for thiS PIN"

You will have to call Cingular to clear up that issue. I had a client that had this issue and it was resolved by the carrier.
