firstly, apologies if this is the wrong forum but I'm a newbie and finding my way around!

I've got a user who has set the folder redirection on her device to show items sent from her Outlook as sent items on the BB. However when she views these mails on her BB, there is no body text and she needs to select the "more" or "more all" options in order to see all the text.

Can anybody tell me if this is a known issue, or if there's a fix?

Enable auto more so when she scrolls it automatically requests the information

that was already set to Yes. A colleague has replied with the following - does it seem feasible?

"I think that's just how the device works - it downloads the header of the emails sent on the PC so that it's not continually downloading data that might not be needed. I can see RIM setting it this way to cut down on unnecessary data transfer over the GPRS networks."

I'll test it today I currently do not have it set to put the sent items from my outlook on my BB because I found it a waste.

But I will check today

Handheld is only picking up the headers to save on data transfer. hope that helps
