Is it possible to restrict users from calling 411 through the IT policy? I looked through all the available options but didn't see anything that will let me do that. Hopefully I overlooked something?

As far as I know you can't set that feature in the IT policy on the BES; it has to be down by the provider (Cingular, T-mobile, etc.).

Call your carrier to disable it.
