Just got my Cingular Pearl Today, New to the message boards

Just got it today and the kid in the store told me about this site, its great, seems like everyone is superknowledgeable. So maybe someione could help a blackberry newbie out a little bit. I wanted to acquire some different themes, especially ones that separate e-mail, sms, etc. and it seems to be the Zen theme is popular on the boards. Is this the right theme? I need help..lol and maybe someone could walk me through step by step in acquiring the themes, i am very computer savvy but unfortunately not withg blackberrys. Also I need to use AIM on my Pearl, what application could I use for that?
