Hi all,

I have BB 9320 and I wanted to export all contacts from BB to MSOutlook. I sync the contacts from Blackberry desktop software but i get an error msg

"MAPI Logon failed. Please run Outlook with the profile "Outlook" selected and try again"

I have previously run the sync without any issue when i had old BB 8250 and Outlook 2010 but I think this issue creep-ed up after changing new phone model and Outlook 2013.

You did not indicate if this is a corporate phone (BES) or your trying to sync to desktop via DM only so this is the BES issue that generally gives the error message you show.
