hi i have a bold 9700, when i try to sync with my PC it run an error:
error encountered. error code 0x8004ac9, check documentation.
i reinstall it but nothing happen.
I have window 7, Outlook 2010 and the las version of DM

There are a lot of problems with Outlook 2010, especially the 64 bit version. Do you have the 32 bit or 64 bit version?

Make sure that you download the latest DM from the RIM website.

I would keep trying, do a battery pull on the BB and a clean DM install on your PC.
