My new Blackberry Curve deleted about ten dollars worth of new ringtones. I can get to them in my Verizon Ring Tone App but they are no longer on my phone under ringtones. Anyone now how to get them back?

Are you on a corporate blackberry? also did you look in media/ringtones?

Can you also fix the model posted. not sure what a 60S is.

I have the new Blackberry Curve. I did look in media ringtones. It says I have no downloaded ringtones. Looked at my paperwork again. It is a 9930 FS. It is a personal Blackberry. Looks like it moved my ringtones over to music but I can't move them back. Thanks!!!!

Ok , did you see them on the BB before or is it they have really disappeared? Also if they were on the Blackberry what was added or removed before you noticed them missing? If you performed a restore it is possible the added applications or ringtones were not replaced. Assuming they just disappeared, can you re-download them again? Another possibility is they are on the phone but in a different location. I would try to look in every folder. The last possibility is if they were in a new folder and it may be that the folder is hidden. Using the blackberry key , select show all . It should open any hidden folders.

I did do a system restore. They seem to be in the music folder. I can't transfer them back and I can't assign them to a contact as a ringtone.

i have some in the same folder but when you open one it should give you the option to us it as a ringtone.
If you purchased them try to re-donwload them. You may have to call or email the provider.
