I activated a new Torch this afternoon, and try as I may, it will not answer a call.

When an incoming call comes in, I press the green "Send" button, it keeps on ringing. I press the "Menu" button, it displays an "Answer" option on the screen, I touch it, but the phone keeps on ringing. Most odd of all, I sync to a bluetooth headset, answer with the headset, it does answer the call, but it goes into speakerphone mode rather than through the bluetooth headset.

I assume there is a configuration option somewhere that I have missed - please help.

I had a similar problem. A simple reboot fixed it for me by removing the battery.

D'oh! I should know to always try a battery pull first, worked like a dream.
