hello im desparate please help
i moved from 8820 to 9530 before i back up and when i try to put back all my backup by the ipd file i got every thing like massages,memo atc but phone book gone please help

Where did you get the 9530? Did you get it second-hand? Is there an IT policy on it?

Connect your device to DM
Go into Backup/Restore
Click on Advanced
Select your backup file
Highlight Address Book (left column)
Click the arrows to move it to the BlackBerry.
