I upgraded to 5.0.0.238 but I am missing my media file. it isn't missing in one of the default themes, just the one I downloaded (I had it on this theme until I upgraded the os)

The icon looks has a cd a music note and a picture

Its one icon that has all three of those I use to have it with the theme I'm using but after upgrading
to os 5.0.0.238 its missing. If I go to a default theme I have it

Maybe the theme is not supported in os 5.0.
