Frame clicking

I got the 9700 two weeks from this coming Friday, and I've babied the thing and well, apparently the frame started to click around the P button when you press against it, above the convenience key. Has anybody had the same thing? I'm going to call Rogers for a replacement but there's such a scarcity of them. Any ideas?
