BB7510 ReqWireless webviewer not working???
It's been working fine for the last week and as of this afternoon. I tried power cycling it and that doesn't work. After entering a web address i get the message: Error Unknown Error
Any help would greatly be appreciated. And btw I have the full version, not the trial version.

well a.) you could try and wait it out, b.) deinstall - reinstall and then get a new key (you may not need it, you might.. just depends).
This software is hella picky.. you have to be careful with it... dont use the escape key at all with the browser and dont stop the pages from loading. as soon as you stop it.. blam.. software = el xxxxo'd

I am having a problem purchasing this software. On the website, it says an "ESN" is required. It says this can be found in Options>Status, but when I go there I can find no such number, no anything in the specified format.
I would really like to upgrade my trial version. Can anyone tell me what they are talking about?
Thanks,

Which version are you trying to download, some carriers use Corporate and others use Personal Edidtions. Check the download instructions, because I believe that you either put a 1 in that space or you leave it blank. Carefully read and install to avoid having to go back and delete the app and then reinstalling.....BIG hassle!

reqwireless problems
I had web viewer 4.0 and e-mail viewer 3.5 on my 6230. I upgraded from 3.7 to OS4.0 and had to get a new key from reqwireless after upgrading.
A few days later I decided to get a 7230. I installed OS4.0 on the new 7230 and then installed the reqwireless suite. I sent out for yet another key(all keys are one time use only) and haven't heard boo back from them.
Anyone having problems getting keys after upgrading are switching devices?

IIRC it also says on the Req website to ignore the ESN field for the BlackBerry registration. Doesn't it say to put in all zeros or something? It's been a long time since I reg'd there.

Thanks a bunch. This is from the website:
"For BlackBerry owners, simply enter "1" for the ESN Number."
Guess I was just too anxious and did not read through the whole page. Thanks again!
