Hi guys,

I purchased a 9000 a couple of weeks ago and loaded it with all my contacts. Now they're all gone!!!! I click the contacts icon and it comes up saying 'no contacts'. The only one's I've got now are those on my SIM card.

I have tried to reinstall them but when I go back to check them they're gone!

HELP!!!! The company I bought the 9000 from don't know the answer. I hope someone out there can help.

open the contacts icon.
click menu-filter
and makes sure NONE of the check boxes are checked.
and see then if they show up.

What SHE said lol, but also check and make sure you are not looking at your sim contact list.

Thanks for the responses. The 'personal contact' box in the filters had been checked (for some unknown reason) and now all is good again.
