please help.. i cannot get my macbook air to recognize my bb storm.. ive downloded poketmac and purchased missing sync.. but when i hook up my bb storm by usb nothing happens help!!

I would suggest contacting the vendors of the software.

You have to go into the media card setting on your phone and set it so that it can be used as mass storage, and also set it to automatically connect. You can also try missing sync The Missing Sync for Mobile Smartphones to Mac OS X and Windows

Also, I believe you should have only one of those apps installed at a time.
