Just got my 8100

I just picked one up last night and I have a couple questions. Is there an site where I can get free apps/themes/ring tones etc. I like to manage my BB from my laptop and the desktop manager seems very limited, I'd like to remove a lot of the preloaded content, add my own as well as apply my own themes and my contact list. this might be a lot to ask for out of a single app but any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and hopefully I can start contributing soon.
