Replacement aerial on 8320

I bought an unlocked 8320 from ebay a few weeks ago. Everything's fine on it apart from the network coverage. I rarely get above 2 bars, and 7 out of 10 calls are dropped. Taking the bottom cover off I noticed a little nick in the aerial. Before I pay to return it, is it possible, how cheap is it and could I repair it myself? I'm thinking it's just a push in job but it probably isn't. Anyone know any reputable UK people to do it?
