Hi all from Turkey;

I just got a sim-locked 8820. I called the operator, told them that I will be using it abroad, get the code and unlocked it.

Last night, I upgraded the desktop and device software which I regret now. The "E-mail setup" and "Blackberry maps" icons are gone now. (God knows what else is missing)

* Does anybody have any suggestions (like downgrading?) or I should be using it as it is now. I don't understand why a system upgrade dismisses such good applications and I wonder what the guys at RIM have in mind.

* I also need a PDF reader (a free one). I installed BeamReader Beta but at the point of registering, I seem to have problems in connecting to the registration server.

I would appreciate if anybody could help me. Thanks in advance.
