My wife and I both have Verizon BB Storms. Neither of our units' LED indicators flash for a missed call.

I turned the LED on under all profiles. I believe the LED shows missed calls on the Verizon Curve. Is that true and if so, is it possible to get the Storm to do the same. I suspect this is one of the many many bugs on the Storm.

Open your Call Log (press the green dial key > Call Log > Menu > Options > Call Logging.

Do you have it set to log Missed Calls?

I do have it set to log Missed calls. If i click on the glass, the unit shows missed calls w/the yellow phone icon, but i would prefer to see the LED bliking to show a missed call. This way, if i'm away from the unit, I don't have to click to see what is going on

ya!! i remember this from when i had the pearl. forgot about it as i moved to a WM device for about a year. back with BB now on the storm (thank god) but totally forgot about this feature. great feature. if someone figures out if it's possible, that'd be awesome!

davidlanger, does the LED blink red at all? Even while you are receiving the call OR just for a few minutes afterward. Can you test it now and see?

For prolonged LED alerts, you will need BBAlerts for that function.

Well, I've seen this lacking from other Verizon users in other posts here.

You might just need BBAlerts.

I have BBalerts on my Storm when i did an OTA. so it is compatible. Im using the trial version right now.
