Default Can not send PIN messages.

Please Login to Remove!

I CAN GET them but if I send one, it never gets there. It says it was delivered but the other person never gets it. WTF?

You have seen this other BB, and confirmed it is not delivered?

And you absomolutely have the correct PIN for the other user?

Maybe the other user has memory issues and it's deleting itself as soon as it arrives? Strannnnnger things have happened!

Yes I had both BBs in hand and checked the numbers. I don't know what up. I'm thinking it's my BBs problem though.

Are you on a corporate BES, perhaps? There could be an IT Policy restricting PIN messaging.

Great. not the IT policy BS again. I'm dealing with them right now trying to get my on demand app to work. Would that be a standard security concern or something they would unblock if that's even the case?

Nothing is standard - it's all what the company decides to lock down/out on the devices.

Yes, they can change the policy to allow incoming and outgoing PIN messaging. But they will probably only do it for a business reason.

It's my phone but the gov't reimburses me and pushes an IT policy to it. I'm on the simply everything plan so I guess I won't push the issue.
