Angry Help with receiving emails

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone, this my first time using this forum. My boss has a 7100t blackberry/phone. I have it setup to where he can receive his work emails on his blackberry. Well he recently changed his windows password and somehow locked himself out of his windows user account. Because of this he wasn't able to get any emails on his phone while his network account was locked out. I unlocked his user account and he was in such a rush to leave for a trip that i never was able to verify he could start receiveing emails again on his phone. He called me and stated he wasn't able to receive any mails as of yet. I usually can fix this if I had the phone but I haven't had to mess with his phone to much to know how to walk him though on how, what or where to look on his phone to try to get it to start recieveing emails. I know both his windows network account is unlocked and his tmobile blackberry account is still on active status. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance Tony.

I think i figured it out. I went to his blackberry tmobile web client again and this time is was disabled. I had to put in his current windows network password to re enable it and it worked. Strange it didn't get disabled right away when i unlocked his network account. Either way he should be working again. Thanks anyways for the feedback. Tony.
