Hello
I bought a Pearl off ebay the 8100 model more out of curiosity than anything and i must say im well impressed its fantastic.I havent configured it for emails and all the fancy stuff yet.At the minute i just use it as a mobile and am blown away by its build quality and the texting options are great suretype i think its called, .Anyway im due an upgrade in april off my carrier Orange now, as im hooked im torn between the 8120 and the curve , so my fellow BB fans the question is which one ? any ideas to pass on to a BB newb. The upgrade i will sort out to its full spec emails n such. Oh by the way my first post nice to be here
Take care all

First, welcome to BBF.

If you like the 8100, you will like the 8120, for WiFi features, superior OS and all.

And nice to have you, as well.

welcome to the forums. Which version of the curve? 8300 8310 8320? If you like the 8120, the 8320 is similar with WIFI, though the OS features arent the same. If you dont feal you are going to be using WIFI, look at the 8310 or 8110, both have GPS.

Wirelessly posted (BB 11020: BlackBerry8320/4.3.1.27 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

You'll never see the 8130 in the UK. The 8130 is CDMA and you guys don't have cdma over there.
