Default How to save a pic from text message?

My buddy sent me a pic in a text message of his deer he killed. I have tried to save it to my pictures so I can download to my PC. Cannot for the life of me see how to do that. Help!!

Open the message. Highlight the picture, press Menu > Save Image. Then select where you want it to be saved.
