Default speed dial

Please Login to Remove!

Usually when I hold the number 1, I can dial into voicemail but it seems something is screwy and I getthis message instead:

'Invalid phone number'

I don't use speed dial and I can't seem to find the option of editting speed dial entries and has since created a Voicemail profile in my address book until I absolve this. any suggestions? 7520 on 319.

I have 319 and my speed dial works fine. In the phone app, move cursor to a blank part of the screen and click wheel. Select View Speed Dial List. To add your voicemail to the list, select the "W" entry, which shares it's key with the #1. Click the wheel and select New Speed Dial. Add your cell # and save. Next time you press and hold the 1/W key, you will get your voicemail.

yes and click edit for the W and it will take you to select something from your address book. All that this does is make you add an entry to your address book for your voicemail that wasn't there before to make it work. Where is the option that ties the 1 (W) speed dial to the voicemail setting in phone options?...and again what changed this and why? Has anyone found out?

I kind of have the same problem:

OK, I added the number back in for voicemail as part of the speed dial list but one problem. I have the Options menu under phone, Voicemail option set to automatically dial my password. When I added the voice mail back to the speed dial it does not auto dial the password.

Any suggestions would be apreciated...
