I have a stange request

We have a manager who's mailbox and caladar are managed by his PA, however he also has his Blackberry linked to a private email account which his PA forwards important messages to.

Is there any way of giving him access to this email account while allowing him to see the calandar on the PAs Account

In Outlook he has delegate access to thsi calandar, but dont know how we go about giving him access to it on his BB

Any ideas?
