Please can some give me some advise. We have Blackberry running on a domino 5 server. It is sending messages to people fine. However there are some old messages that are stuck in the outbox queue. We have tried purging the messages as they are not required but they still stay there.

Can anyone help?

This depends on which version of BES you are running. Since you are talking about the Outbox I'm assuming you are running 2.x. In the 2.x version the purge pending messaging doesn't work too well and it doesn't always delete all pending messages. You have to manually delete it.

BES 4.0 gets rid of the outgoing queue. The outgoing queue used to drive me crazy.
