Hello,
Does anyone have a form letter they maybe have typed out on a lap top and then import it to the BB,
I get alot of emails from customers who have questions on items and would just like to be able to send them the form letter.

Any ideas on how to do this?

You email yourself the desired form email you wish to send multiple times and store it in your saved messages. when required open copy and paste text where needed? Just a thought...

You could maybe set up an AutoText entry, but i'm not sure how large of an entry you can create.
