I'm currently running BES 4.0.5.6. Should I upgrade to 4.1? Everything functions great. Am I missing out on something by not upgrading? Also, is it free to upgrade?

First off, its not free. (unless you have a TSupport contract Tx1 or better)

Support for 4.0.x goes away at the end of January of next year ...

HDawg covered most of the points. but to reinforce one thing he mentioned, at some point you'll likely want to upgrade simply because 4.0.x will no longer be supported
