Not that I am aware of. You need a corporate (BES) BB dataplan for BES service - email and Internet.

Same as you need a personal BB dataplan for BIS.

No BB dataplan, no Internet and no email.

Is your question more like can you have a BB on BES and not have Internet? The answer is then yes. At my company, they have restricted Internet for all but a few people (I am one of the lucky ones!!). Like you will read throught the forum, the BES can do all - see all.
