Hi There!

Is anyone able to shed some light on troubleshooting contacts syncing from Device to BES which for 1 user doesn't appear to be working.

Other direction seems fine.

How can I force a sync or see logs related to problems with Contacts Syncing?

These are 9700's (Two of them both have the same problem). Strangely neither have the ability to turn off the contacts sync from the device itself. In the KB Article it says go into contacts and click BB Button and then turn off, but there is no option on that.

Detailed instructions are:

Go into Contacts
Press the BB button
Choose "Options"
Choose "BlackBerry" under Contact Lists
There you can switch "Wireless Sync" on and off
