A keyboard mapping feature that I can't find anymore

Sometime back ,and in previous releases, we could personalize the mapping of the virtual and the physical keyboard (QWERTY QWERTZ AZERTY) (Options
Typing and Input, Keyboard).
Either this feature has now been removed, or moved to another menu, which I'm failing to find. -- the menu may have simply been "hidden" as typing any of the words QWERTY QWERTZ AZERTY in the universal search, lands you to the keyboard options menu
Any help? If the feature is removed, to which version do you recommend I downgrade to? I'm now on 666
