Running BES for Groupwise on a windows server with 25+ users on it for a couple years now. I've added a few more users recently, and keep trying to add one certain user but their account won't show up when searched for or when using %.
Anyone ever run into this? Any ideas?

First right click on their name in ConsoleOne, GW Utilities, Syncronize. Then go to BES and click the Server Configuration tab at the top. Under the Service Control and Customization click Sync System Address Book.

Tried that, still doesn't show up.
