Default Can't get languages to install in new OS load?

Please Login to Remove!

Although the .161 version should be all languages, after installing I only get my original installed English/Spanish options? I downgraded to .135 (because I'm very sure that this one indeed has more languages), same result? Can anybody help?

Did you run the application install/remove app in desktop manager and select to add the languages, and finish? I'm not clear whether that's what you did, and it failed, or what.

I did try that first, but I could only see some installed applications, did not see the usual OS with language choices. So I tried to reinstall but also during that process, I did not get any option to select which parts of OS to install, what I usually get! Can u help?

When you run desktop manager, connect the blackberry, then click on Applications over on the left on desktop manager, what do you see? You should see in the list on the left side the the language options. Click the + on the right to add. If you don't see the language you want, then it isn't inluded in that OS.

That list only contained the installed apps, and nothing about the OS and OS options like language...that was the problem....BUT: I solved it by using the the app loader in stead of the desktop, and that worked!

Thank you for your help!
