I downloaded a blackberry desktop for my tour and it installed the 5.0 OS and now It shows 2 contacts on bbm of the same person. I also have mms and sms grouped together and can't remember how to seperate them. I went into options and general options but I'm not seeing anything about making them seperate.. can anyone help?

edit: also when I do an sms text it opens my bbm, can't I make this just open a window like normal?

1. Just delete the duplicate BBM contacts. Not sure how this happened

2.SMS and MMS have always been grouped. You can seperate them from email (messages>options>general>SMS seperate - set to yes)

3. This is a feature of OS5. Nothing you can do to change it. Its called threaded SMS
