Here's my situation, I currently have a BB on TMobile that is on my account but configured on my employers BES. The company is now issuing AT&T blackberries.

Will I be able to have both BBs still connected to BES? If I wanted, could I disconnect my personal phone from the BES and just use it as a "regular" blackberry? Any other things to consider?

You cannot have both devices associated to the same account on the BES. You could have both devices on the BES if there was a different account being pushed to each device.

You could remove your personal device from the BES and use it as a "regular" BlackBerry. But before you do, ask your BES admin to send a blank IT policy to your device and then remove the BES provisioning from your account as it is more costly than the BIS plan.

There would be no point in having 2 BB's on a BES.
If issuing a BB they will likely take you off the BES anyway.

Yes you could have a Work BB and a Personal BB.
If you so wish.
