hey guys

im really happy with my javelin, but i alwas thought the keyboard on the bold is a little better than on the javelin. The tour has the bold keyboard and the javelin size and looks.

i only saw videos and pictures of the tour its not here in kuwait yet

so im only thinking of switching because i like the keyboard a lil more. i dont really care about the 3G thing because i work in an oil refinery and the 3g there stinks.

should i go for it? can you give me more reasons to do it or not to?

you guys seen the device in real and used it so your opinion will be the key here
i read some threads here abt the two and mostly people talking about how the carriers are diff which is not the issue to me because ill be unlocking it

Tour is slightly larger than Javelin, the tour comes standard with a 1GB card, Javelin does not. Otherwise pretty much the same.

I switched to the Tour and then switched back to the 8900. The Tour was a lemon, extremely poor outbound voice quality.

No problems with my 2nd Tour here... The 1st one had a lag issue the 2nd one (replacement) is cooking right along! No voice quality issues, as a matter of fact, it's crystal clear....

I think some bad devices were sent out in the original batch, by the time the Tour reaches you, I'd assume all the bad ones have been sold and returned....

I agree! .. My second one has been much better than the first.
